Margarita Recipe

Margarita is no-fail festive drink, that has its fans on every party. And it is so easy to make!
Ingredients
- Lime wedge 1
- Tequila (blanco or silver) 4 oz.
- Fresh juice from 2 limes
- Triple sec 2 oz.
- Lime circles 2
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Ice

Instructions
- Make the rims: take the lime wedge and moisten the rims of two glasses with it. Turn the glasses upside down and dip them in salt.
- Combine tequila, triple sec and lime juice in cocktail shaker. Add cracked ice and shake well for 12-15 seconds.
- Put fresh ice into the rimmed glasses and pour in margarita. Garnish the glasses with with lime circles.

Some people consider Mojito to be an ultimate summer cocktail, but New Year Eve can be hot too! This refreshing cocktail is worth adding to your party menu.
Ingredients
- White Rum 3 ½ oz.
- Soda Water
- Caster Sugar 4 tsp
- Lime wedges 4
- Mint leaves
- Ice

Instructions
- Put the lime in a jar, add caster sugar and squish together with a spoon to release the lime juice.
- Put 10-12 mint leaves into each glass. Add lime wedges with sugar and gently press down on the mint.
- Half fill the glasses with crushed ice and pour in the rum and soda water. Stir together until well combined.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.

Ingredients
- Apple (chopped) ½
- Orange (sliced and deseeded) ½
- Brown sugar 3-4 tbsp
- Orange juice ¾ cup
- Brandy ⅓ cup
- Red wine (dry) 1 bottle

- Put the fruit into a pitcher and press them with a wooden spoon to release the flavor and juice.
- Pour in orange juice and brandy, and squish together for 45 seconds.
- Add wine and stir well to combine.
