Chicken Cobb Wrap

Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce (torn) 6 leaves
- Bacon (cooked and chopped) 2 strips
- Shredded chicken (cooked) ½ c
- Tomato (diced) ¼ c
- Blue cheese crumbles 2 T
- Hard-boiled egg (chopped) 1
- Balsamic vinegar to taste
- Flour tortilla (any flavor)
- Avocado (sliced) ½

Instructions
- Combine chicken, romaine, bacon, tomato, blue cheese, and egg in large bowl. Coat with balsamic vinegar.
- Place tortilla flat on table. Top with half of salad mixture and avocado. Roll tortilla burrito style; secure with toothpick; serve.

Perfect Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
- Salted butter (melted) 2 T
- Salted butter (room temp) 2 T
- Light brown sugar ½ c plus 2 T
- Cinnamon 1 t
- Crescent roll dough 1 package
- Cream cheese (room temp) 2 T
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Vanilla ½ t
- Powdered sugar (sifted) ½ c

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a casserole or baking dish with 1 t butter.
- In small bowl, combine cinnamon and brown sugar; reserve.
- Unravel crescent dough; coat with 1 t butter (leave ¼-inch border.) Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture; spread with spoon. Pour remaining melted butter on top.
- Roll dough into cylinder; slice into 8 pieces. Place pieces on baking dish; bake 20-25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, room temp butter, lemon juice, and vanilla. Add powdered sugar; combine. Remove rolls from oven; spread with glaze mixture; serve.

Lemony Angel Cupcakes

Ingredients
- All-purpose flour (sifted) 3 ½ c
- Grated lemon zest 2 T
- Fresh lemon juice 2 T
- Baking powder ½ t
- Salt 1 ½ t
- Unsalted butter 3 ½ sticks
- Granulated sugar 3 c
- Cream cheese (room temp) 8 oz.
- Large eggs (room temp) 7
- Vanilla extract 1 t
- Powder sugar for topping
- Lemon curd 2 c

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 F. Line cupcake tins with paper liners.
- In mixing bowl, whisk baking powder, flour, lemon zest, and salt.
- In blender or food processor, combine butter and sugar. Add cream cheese; pulse.
- Add one egg at a time; combine. Add lemon juice and vanilla; pulse.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the blender or food processor; combine.
- Pour mixture into cupcake liners; fill ¾ up.
- Bake 24-28 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
- Turn off oven; let cupcakes sit inside 5 minutes. Remove; cool on counter completely.
- Fill pastry bag with lemon curd; snip off tip. Squirt a bit of lemon curd into each cupcake.
- Top cupcakes with powdered sugar and a dollop of lemon curd; serve.
