Classic Burger Recipe
Ingredients
  1. Sesame seed buns 6
  2. Ground beef 900 g
  3. Tomatoes 3
  4. Cheddar cheese 6 slices
  5. Iceberg lettuce 150 g
  6. Red onions 2
  7. Pickled cucumbers 2
  8. Cajun seasoning 1 tbsp
  9. Homemade ketchup 3 tbsp
  10. Homemade mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  11. Oil 3 tbsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Wash and cut salad.
  2. Wash and slice tomatoes, as well as pickled cucumbers.
  3. Slice onions into thin circles (3-4 mm).
  4. In a bowl, combine ground beef with spices and a pinch of salt. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each into a patty.
  5. On a heated frying pan fry onions with oil over medium heat (5 minutes).
  6. Season onions with salt and pepper and set them aside.
  7. On the same frying pan fry the patties (3-5 minutes for each side).
  8. Cut the buns in halves. Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the bun bottoms.
  9. Put chopped lettuce leaves on the bun bottoms, add fried onions, cutlets, Cheddar slices, sliced ​​tomatoes and cucumbers.

Homemade Ketchup Recipe
Ingredients
  1. Mellow tomatoes 500 g
  2. Onion 1
  3. Garlic 1 clove
  4. Paprika 1 pinch
  5. Wine vinegar 100 ml
  6. Sugar 100 g
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Wash and chop tomatoes.
  2. In a saucepan, mix tomatoes, sugar, vinegar, finely chopped onion, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
