Easy Spaghetti Squash Recipe

If you are sick and tired of ordinary spaghetti, this recipe is right for you. Not only is it healthy and low in calories, but it also hardly takes any time to cook. Spaghetti Squash
Ingredients
  1. Spaghetti squash 1
  2. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  3. Onion 1
  4. Garlic 1 clove
  5. Tomatoes 3
  6. Feta cheese 0.25 lb
  7. Black olives 3 tbsp
  8. Basil (fresh)

Instructions
  1. Cut the squash in halves lengthwise, leave the seeds inside. Put the halves on an oiled baking sheet with cut sides down and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350°F.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and the onion, slice the olives and mince the garlic.
  3. Pour some olive oil into a pan and stir the onion over a medium heat until it becomes soft. Add the garlic and stir up to 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook until they are warmed through.
  4. Crumble the feta cheese and chop the basil.
  5. When the squash is ready, scoop its stringy pulp with a spoon (make sure there are no seeds in it). Mix it with the vegetables and top with the feta cheese and the basil.
