Fish Tacos Recipe
Ingredients
  1. Sour cream reduced-fat ¼ cup
  2. Lime juice 2 tbsp
  3. Jalapeno pepper 1
  4. Red cabbage 2½ cups
  5. Green onions 4
  6. Tilapia fillets 1 lb
  7. Flour tortillas 6-8
  8. Fresh cilantro ½ cup
  9. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Black pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together sour cream and lime juice, add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  2. Reserve half the mixture in a small bowl for later use.
  3. Mince half the jalapeno pepper.
  4. Toss shredded cabbage, thinly sliced green onions, and minced jalapeno half in the sour cream mixture, stir until well coated.
  5. Heat olive oil and another jalapeno half in a heavy pan over medium-high heat until hot.
  6. Sprinkle both sides of each fish fillet evenly with the seasoning.
  7. Fry fish fillets in the pan for about 5 minutes without turning, then flip and cook on the other side until fish begins to flake.
  8. Remove jalapeno and discard.
  9. Heat tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds, until just warmed.
  10. Serve fish in warmed tortillas, topped with a creamy jalapeno slaw, reserved sour cream mixture, and chopped cilantro.
