Homemade Banana Ice Cream with Caramel and Nuts

This delicious homemade ice cream made without an ice cream maker is so creamy! You can add chocolate or cookie crumbs to satisfy all your family members’ tastes.

Homemade Banana Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
  1. Milk 380 ml
  2. Salt ¼ tsp
  3. Butter 1 tbsp
  4. Lemon juice ¼ tsp
  5. Bananas 3
  6. Brown sugar 70 g
  7. Vanilla sugar 1 tbsp
  8. Nuts ¼ cup
  9. Caramel topping to taste

Instructions
  1. Mix softened butter, brown sugar and chopped bananas.
  2. Fry on low heat until bananas are brown and caramelized.
  3. Stir mixture in blender.
  4. Add milk, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, salt and stir again.
  5. Leave in a fridge for the night.
  6. Transfer the mixture into pre-cooled container.
  7. Freeze the mixture for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  8. Add caramel topping and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Caramel Topping
Ingredients
  1. Sugar 4 tbsp
  2. Butter 4 tbsp
  3. Cream 40 ml

  1. Melt sugar on frying pan over low heat.
  2. Add butter and stir until smooth.
  3. Add cream and stir again.
