Beet Juice
Beet helps your immune system because it is an antioxidant and because it helps in the treatment and prevention of diseases and health problems like cancer and high blood pressure. This vegetable is mixed with other fruits and vegetables, because frequent drinking of fresh beet juice can cause beeturia (colored urine and stool), problems with the vocal cords and kidney stones. As long as you combine it with other vegetables, beet juice will strengthen and protect your immune system.

The combination of yogurt and chia seed is excellent as both foods contain protein, vitamin B2 (Chia contains B1 and B3 as well), potassium and magnesium. The nettle seeds are good for kidney protection, protection against colds and viruses. Nettle is also known as an excellent remedy for iron deficiency-anemia.
