Everyone knows that mac and cheese is the safest option if you have children – this is the dish they always enjoy. But we would like to inspire you to cook something more sophisticated and add mushrooms to this recipe!
The process is quite easy. Make mushroom and cream sauce first…
Then boil pasta…
Grate the cheese and chop some spring onions…
Mix all the ingredients in a pan and serve! Bon appetit!
- Bulb onion 1
- Mushrooms 0.3 lb
- Heavy cream ⅓ cup
- White pepper to taste
- Pasta 0.6 lb
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Cheese 0.3 lb
- Spring onions to taste
- Salt to taste
- To make the mushroom sauce, fry the mushrooms and the onions over low heat until all the liquid from the mushrooms evaporates. Add heavy cream, salt and white pepper, stir and stew for 5-7 minutes.
- Put the macaroni into the boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. Drain the water and pour in some olive oil.
- Grate the cheese and mix all the ingredients together.
- Serve sprinkled with a handful of chopped spring onions.
