Macaroni Salad Recipe
- Macaroni ½ lb
- Celery 1 cup
- Green onion ½ cup
- Green pepper ½ cup
- Red pepper ½ cup
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Vinegar 2 tsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper ¼ tsp

- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, pepper and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked and drained macaroni, sliced celery, chopped pepper and onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
- Add dressing and stir until well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
