Absolutely perfect recipe – healthy and yummy! You can play around it: just add sunflower seeds, pecans, walnuts, or red bell pepper for flavor and color. Must-try even for broccoli-haters!

Non-Vegan Broccoli Salad Recipe
  1. Broccoli 5 cups
  2. Crumbled bacon 2 cups
  3. Raisins ½ cup
  4. Red onion 1
  5. Mayonnaise 1 cup
  6. Brown sugar 2 tsp
  7. Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp

  1. Fry bacon until crisp, then crumble. Or use pre-cooked bacon
  2. Put broccoli florets in a large bowl.
  3. Gently mix broccoli with chopped red onion, raisins, and bacon.
  4. Prepare the dressing in a separate bowl: add vinegar and brown sugar to mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  5. Coat the salad with the dressing.
  6. Cool in fridge for 1 hour before serving.
