Pork Baked with Tomatoes and Olives Recipe
Ingredients
  1. Pork 2 lbs
  2. Tomatoes 2
  3. Black olives 0.5 lb
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Soy sauce 3 tbsp
  6. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  7. Tomato paste 1 tbsp
  8. Paprika 1 tsp
  9. Garlic dried 1 tsp
  10. Pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Slice the pork to small steaks and salt them a bit.
  2. Make the sauce by mixing olive oil, soy sauce, tomato paste, paprika, dried garlic and pepper together.
  3. Grease the meat with sauce from all sides.
  4. Slice tomatoes and chop olives.
  5. Put the tomato slices on the steaks and sprinkle with olives.
  6. Bake at 400°F for an hour.
