fitness

Sometimes when you do your best spending hours in a fitness club to lose weight and improve your body shape, the result is not worth the effort. You are still in the same form or even have put on 4 or 5 pounds. Why does this happen?

Many experts divide a female body into 4 different types – each of them requires its own “treatment”. Find out what kind of fitness suits you perfectly, when it is better for you to work out and how to change your diet in order to feel the results immediately!

power training

Straight Body Type

This body type is characterized by bust and hips of basically the same size. The waist is only slightly smaller than the bust and hips. In this case we recommend power training which will help to improve your waist shape and get rid of belly fat. Get used to a good breakfast and a light supper, reduce the amount of carbohydrates you eat and have more protein. You’d better not eat too many sweets, fancy breads, dairy and raw products.

active sports

Pear Body Type

Women with this body type usually have shelf-looking hips larger than their bust and waist which gradually slopes out to the hips. Active sports and endurance exercises are right for you, especially when you do them early in the morning or in the afternoon. Try eating more fruits and vegetables as well as protein. Cream, butter, sauces, chocolate, starchy foods, pasta and vinegar are not recommended at all.

outdoor exercises

Hourglass Body Type

Hourglass is considered to be one of the most beautiful body shapes which is at the same time really difficult to keep. Group and street exercises as well as dancing is all you need! The best time for exercise is in the afternoon. The most healthy foods for you include green vegetables, low fat animal protein and dairy products. Forget about bread, alcohol, fruits, caffeine and sugar.

skiing

Apple Body Type

An apple body type speaks for itself – usually a bust is larger than the hips and the waist is rather well defined. The most effective exercises for you are jogging, downhill skiing and swimming – they help to form a nice shape without bulking up. Vegetarian diet is exactly what you need! For those who adore meat there is a workaround – try “green” weeks from time to time. And limit your consumption of cream, butter, sauces and chocolate.
