Tuna and Bean Soup

Ingredients
- Tuna (in water) 6 oz
- White beans 7 oz
- Kale ½ bunch
- Olive oil ½ tbsp
- Onion 1 small
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chicken broth 2 cups
- Italian seasoning ½ tsp
- Paprika ¼ tsp
- Parmesan (grated) 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Dice the onion, chop the kale and fine chip the garlic.
- Pour the olive oil into a large sauce pan and heat it over medium heat. Then add the onion and cook for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add the broth, tuna, white beans and tuna, and bring to a boil. After that reduce the heat and cook the soup for 8 minutes. Then sprinkle it with Italian seasoning and paprika, add the chopped kale and simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Add salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle the soup with parmesan and wait till it melts. Serve hot.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

- Chicken thighs 4
- Potatoes 4
- Olive oil as needed
- Rosemary 1/2 tbsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 °F.
- Place chicken thighs and quartered potatoes into a large bowl.
- Add olive oil and stir thoroughly.
- Place the chicken and potato wedges in a large baking dish.
- Add fresh rosemary, oregano, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
- Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
