We have made a complete meal plan for a working couple, that has dinners at home on working days, and lunches+dinners at the weekends. Below you will also find the shopping list, that includes all the products you’ll need to cook the listed dishes throughout the week.
Click on the days to open the recipes. The meal plan starts with Sunday, but in case you’d like to start following it on any other day, just find the corresponding day in the list and begin with it. By the way, you are welcome to swap the days if you wish!
