Panzanella: Italian Hit Salad

Italian food is considered to be one of the most delicious in the world! An Italian can turn even a simple salad into a masterpiece.

Panzanella Recipe
Ingredients
  1. White bread 4-5 pieces
  2. Tomatoes 3-4
  3. Paprika 1
  4. Olives 10-12
  5. Red onion 1
  6. Vinegar 1 tsp
  7. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste
  10. Dried herbs to taste

Instructions
  1. Cut the bread into random pieces, sprinkle it with olive oil and bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Slice one tomato, remove the seeds and put them into a small bowl. Add the rest of the olive oil, vinegar, salt pepper and dried herbs. Soak the roasted bread in this sauce.
  3. Cut other tomatoes, paprika, red onion and olives.
  4. Mix everything in a bowl and add the remained tomato dressing.
