    Chocolate Brownies
    Super-easy to make and amazingly tasty dessert! You will love these crackly on the top and fudgy in the middle chocolate brownies. Serve them warm with ice cream or topped with whipped cream.
    Ingredients
    1. Sugar 7 oz
    2. Eggs 4
    3. Unsalted butter 6 oz
    4. Flour 3,5 oz
    5. Dark chocolate 3,5 oz
    6. Walnuts 3,5 oz

    Instructions
    1. Place the butter and chopped chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave the ingredients, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
    2. Add flour, stir thoroughly.
    3. In a large bowl whisk eggs and sugar.
    4. Add chocolate mixture and stir until combined.
    5. Stir in chopped walnuts.
    6. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
    7. Grease a square cake pan and line with baking paper.
    8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
    9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

  • Celebrate Spring With Deviled Eggs

    Deviled Eggs
    These deviled eggs are a universal appetiser that takes minutes to cook and required the simplest products you most probably have in your fridge. They are the ultimate finger food and proven crowd-pleaser!
    Ingredients
    1. Eggs 6
    2. Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
    3. Sweet pickle relish 1 ½ tbsp
    4. Mustard 1 tsp
    5. Salt 1 pinch
    6. Pepper dash
    7. Paprika (for garnishment)

    Instructions
    1. Put the eggs into a saucepan and cover them with 2 inches of cold water. Bring eggs to a boil, then reduce heat and cover the saucepan with the lid. Cook the eggs for half a minute, then remove the saucepan from heat and let it stand 15 minutes. After that put the eggs into a bowl filled with ice water for 5 minutes.
    2. Peel the eggs under cold running water, and slice each egg in half lengthwise.
    3. Remove yolks and mash them with a fork. Add mayonnaise and mash again. Add mustard and relish, and mix well. Then season with salt and pepper, and stir.
    4. Transfer the yolk mixture into egg whites with a spoon. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
