    Avocado And Shrimp Salad Recipe
    If you have not yet decided what to cook for an upcoming party, we have an idea! The main ingredient of this salad is roasted shrimp, which pairs fine with homemade vinaigrette, fresh crispy lettuce, sour goat cheese and creamy avocado.
    Ingredients
    1. Shrimps (peeled and deveined) 1 lb
    2. Eggs 2
    3. Avocado 1
    4. Olive oil 4 tbsp
    5. Creole seasoning 1 tbsp
    6. Bacon 4 slices
    7. Lettuce (chopped) 4 handfuls
    8. Avocado 1
    9. Goat cheese (crumbled) ½ cup
    10. Cilantro leaves 1 cup
    11. Juice of 1 lime
    12. Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp
    13. Garlic 2 cloves
    14. Salt to taste
    15. Black pepper to taste

    Instructions
    1. Blend cilantro and garlic in a food processor. Pour in lime juice, add salt and pepper, and process again. Gradually add vinegar and 2 tbsp of olive oil, and process until combined.
    2. Preheat oven to 400 F and put a sheet of baking paper onto baking tray.
    3. Put shrimps on the baking tray, and drizzle them with 2 tbsp of olive oil and Creole seasoning. Put the shrimps into the oven for 5 minutes.
    4. Chop the bacon and fry it in a skillet over medium heat for 7-8 minutes. Then put the bacon on a plate, covered with a napkin or paper towel.
    5. Boil the eggs in a saucepan for 1 minute, then turn off the heat, cover the saucepan with a lid and let the eggs stay in the hot water for 10-12 minutes. Then transfer the eggs into a bowl filled with cold water. After the eggs get cool, peel and chop them.
    6. Halve, peel, seed and chop the avocado.
    7. Line the bottom of a salad bowl with lettuce, then put roasted shrimps, eggs, bacon and avocado on top. Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese.
    8. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and serve.

    This worldwide popular dip, that is welcome both on party tables and in everyday menu, is incredibly easy to make. Actually, all you need to do it get a short list of ingredients and process them in a food processor. We’d recommend doing it in several steps to make your hummus creamy, delicate and smooth.
    Ingredients
    1. Chickpeas (cooked or canned) 15 oz.
    2. Tahini 4 tbsp.
    3. Garlic 1-2 cloves
    4. Sea salt 1 tbsp.
    5. Extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp.
    6. Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) 4 tbsp.
    7. Cumin ½ tsp.
    8. Paprika (optional)

    Instructions
    1. Put tahini into the food processor, add lemon juice and pulse for a minute. Then scrape off the mixture from the sides and the bottom of the food processor bowl to its middle, and pulse the mixture for half a minute more.
    2. Combine the mixture with 1 tbsp. of olive oil, garlic, cumin and a ½ tsp. of salt. Start the food processor for half a minute, then add another tbsp. of olive oil, transfer the mixture from the food processor’s sides closer to the center and process it for ½ - 1 minute.
    3. If you are using canned chickpeas, rinse them in cold water. Put chickpeas into the food and pulse them for about a minute. Then arrange the mixture closer to bowl center again, and process it for about 2 minutes.
    4. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl, drizzle it with 1 tbsp. of olive oil and some paprika.
    5. Homemade hummus can be stored in fridge for 5-7 days.
